Very good story!! I have read several Jayne Rylon stories and one Mari Carr so I snatched this up as I love their writing and they did not disappoint. Right off the bat they had me with Silas’ dark mood and his sad back story.I remember thinking, wow he’s been through some bad times, I can’t wait to see him get what he’s been longing for, for so long that he had never even thought it would ever change. This book had action and secondary characters that were really well developed I thought, and the steam factor is OFF THE CHARTS!!! Can’t wait for more books from this series. Grab this one, you won’t be disappointed.

First, let me say that I think it is very unfair for someone to leave a one star rating for a book because it wasn’t what they expected (subject-wise).

The story was great and complex. I can’t get it out of my mind. I still can’t help but feel sorry for these characters and about how impossible a situation like this would be to handle.

Loved it. Wish the story could have been longer. I realize that the next book will probably deal with Seth, but I would like to hear how things work out with Si.

I fell in love with the Compass brothers! Book 1 is about the eldest and his journey. I’m not gonna repeat the book description but its a wonderful story the characters are well developed and believable. Anyone who is into the menage romance genre this is a great read.
